Welcome to Cascade Toastmasters
Cascade Toastmasters is a long-standing club in the International Toastmasters organization. Established in March 1948, we are a diverse group of people with the common interest of learning how to communicate more effectively.
Cascade maintains a membership of 15-20 people from ages 20 to 91. This diversity in ages, plus a broad spectrum of political, spiritual, and social opinions, results in a panoply of perspectives that enriches our weekly interaction and education.
Are you terrified when asked to give a presentation to a group, or have you ever listened to someone making a speech filled with AHs Ands and Sos? Have you wondered if you use those annoying filler words in your speeches? Well, if any of that is true you may want to join Toastmasters! Its a great way to meet with friends and practice your speaking skills in a positive friendly environment.
